"Interprofessional care chains" new as model of good practice in the FOPH directory
The module "Interprofessional care chains - an interplay of all actors" can now be found in the FOPH's directory "Interprofessionality in health care".
In order to teach students the ability to work together interprofessionally, the module was developed and implemented as a joint project by four players in education and healthcare: ETH Zurich (ETHZ) with the Bachelor of Human Medicine as well as the Master of Pharmacy programme, the Bern Education Centre for Nursing (BZ Pflege) and the Cantonal Hospital of Uri.
