Interprofessional discharge planning and visit training with In-HospiTool (IAVI) - The potential of interprofessional learning site cooperation
The "Interprofessional Exit Planning and Visit Training with the In-HospiTool KSA" (IAVI) was developed on the basis of practice-based cases, patient, practice expert and student focus groups as well as on the basis of scientific research.
The pilot implementation with 182 nursing and human medicine students was scientifically evaluated. In view of the results, the competences achieved, the feedback from international experts and the very positive experience of interprofessional cooperation, the pilot implementation was successfully completed.
