Exchange of experience and coordination
Switzerland needs more graduates in human medicine. This is the core message of a special programme adopted by the Federal Council in 2016. The universities have responded to this - be it with an increase in study places, up-to-date curricula or new locations.
The implementation of these innovations requires constructive cooperation between the providers of the study programmes. That is why those responsible for the study programmes at the Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Lugano and Basel locations have joined to form a network.
